An off-the beaten path wine for sure, but perfect expression of origin, this sparkling wine from England has all the finesse you would expect with some sass of flavor to surprise the palate.

Blanc De Noirs means "of dark grapes". In particular, Pinot Noir and Pinot Muenier.

A deep golden color with a persistent fine stream of bubbles leave you wanting another sip. Rich, earthy red fruit aromas are followed by a complex toasty palate. The finish is long-lasting and is beautifully balanced.
