Our Jezebel Blanc has a floral nose with tropical fruit and white peach flavors, a refreshing and aromatic blend of Alsatian white varietals grown in Oregon. It is co-fermented in a stainless steel tank, with daily lees manipulation during it’s cool fermentation to build mid-palate weight and texture. It is fruitful with a crisp finish.
