Made up of a traditional blend of the 2 Champagne grape varieties from several harvests.

Composition: 80 % Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir

To the eye: Pale and bright yellow color with thin, crystalline, persistent and generous bubbles. A promising and pleasant scent., followed by a crisp, flowery yet delicate bouquet, with notes of fruits and spices.

All work done locally, by hand and with respect to the environment. But the story doesn't stop there.

As one of the only black and women owned entrepreneurs in New York to become a winemaker, Marvina Robinson has a passion for bubbly that has encouraged her drive and fine taste to produce a most unique and delicious brand of Champagne.

It is called B. Stuyvesant, named after and in honor of the neighborhood where she grew up, Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

This is indeed a lasting brand and quality product, but what is even more so appealing, is that while the name represents her own traditions and tribute to her neighborhood of youth, the grapes themselves hold true to the traditional style and method of Champagne wines, with her touch of pizzaz.

This is true because it can be called Champagne, as that is where her wine is from...grown, harvested and bottled in Montigny sous Châtillon, France, using grapes from 6 different village plots of the Champagne region.
