Cranberry, Brie & Prosciutto Crostini

 

 

Here’s a delicious recipe for Cranberry, Brie & Prosciutto Crostini that’s perfect for Thanksgiving appetizers:

Ingredients

  • For the Crostini:

    • 1 French baguette or Italian bread
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    • 4 ounces Brie cheese, softened
    • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
    • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
    • Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crostini:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
