I love wide noodles. Drunken noodles is one of my favorite Thai dishes, because of the wide noodles. I selected the Spicy Szechuan Noodles with Garlic Chili Oil recipe because of the wide noodles and how easy it is to prepare the dish. It also packs a good spicy punch and flavor. Essentially, you toss the wide noodles in a spicy, garlicky Szechuan chili oil sauce and fresh herbs.
Bread pudding is a great way to repurpose stale or day-old bread. You can also prepare the bread pudding the night before and refrigerate it. Just bake it in the morning before serving. This is a great dessert to serve at brunch.
