Why BIPOC and Culturally Diverse wines? 

Our goal is to be a platform to display craft wines produced by individuals who have been historically disenfranchised in the wine industry.

Approximately 1 percent of BIPOC communities are represented in wine.  It is a stereotype that only sweet or
inferior wines are produced by these communities. Further, these communities lack access to financial resources to produce sizable productions for large distribution.  As a result, their wines are not widely distributed or known.  Our
mission, in a small way, is to shine the proverbial light on these producers.

Broadening awareness and availability is our mantra.  It is our hope that more people will become aware and, most importantly, purchase and enjoy these wines so that the broader community will consciously seek these wines thus changing their mindsets.

We are building a community of wine lovers that crosses
gender, racial, and economic lines. I think we have made an impact by continuing to request our distributors to seek certain brands. 

I have seen brands grow, and become a part of the mainstream discussion.  Changing mindsets so that more businesses grow and flourish are proud moments for me.
