Diner Delight at Home: Grilled Shrimp, Watermelon & Feta Salad

Between us "girls," I like eating at diners. I think it was all those years traveling to New Jersey. The Silver Diner is my favorite local diner. They try to source their ingredients from local farms. They have a seasonal salad I love—grilled shrimp and watermelon. It is a perfect balance of sweet and savory with every bite.

Here is my attempt to recreate their salad. It is effortless to prepare. If you don't eat or cannot have shellfish, you can substitute another protein. A flank steak or grilled chicken works too.

We'd love to hear what you think of this recipe! Feel free to share your feedback and pictures with us on Facebook or Instagram (@thewineconciergeclub ) using the hashtag #grilledshrimpwatermelonsalad.
