2021 Terres Gentilles Bourgogne Blanc Mâconnais AOC, Burgundy, France

Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla custard tart, dried apricot and pineapple, orange blossoms, and white tea with a supple, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an effortless, crisp finish with accents of crunchy green apple, clementine, crushed pineapple, and cantaloupe with fine tannins and no oak flavor. Bright acidity balanced with well rounded fruit flavors, this is a dry, lean example of Village Macon Chardonnay.  

The name Domaine des Terres Gentilles translates to "The Domaine of the Kind Land".
