Passetoutgrain, 50% Gamay Noir, 50% Pinot Noir: Upholding the Burgundian tradition of blending Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir we are stoked to present “Gamma Ray” a 50/50 blend from the heart of the Willamette Valley: Bright and Juicy with lip-smacking cran-strawberry fruit, hints of Chinese Five Spice and leather ride the wave of ripe tannins on the finish.
