Ample, clean and fruity bouquet. Reminiscent of morello cherries, berries and ripe plums with pleasant notes of dark spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, savoury and harmonious. Of great substance and long persistence of taste and smell.

Lambrusco of the varieties of Montericco, Salamino, Grasparossa 

Amaro-inspired herbaceous notes intertwine with roasted plums and cherries, as if dusted with cracked pepper and dried herbs. The palate is a bold expression of blackberry and its seeds, complemented by a wisp of smoke. Firm tannins provide a robust structure to this untamed wine. - Jeff Porter
