This Roussanne presents an aromatic bouquet of floral honeysuckle, warm spice like cinnamon, and baked apple, leading to a palate with poached pear, sweet honeycomb, and earthy notes of clove and chalky minerals, all wrapped in a rich, waxy texture that reveals hints of Meyer lemon pith and saline minerality on the lingering finish, characteristic of aged Roussanne. 

LaShellé Wines, owned and operated by Nicole Camp, is a Black female-owned boutique winery in Woodinville's Warehouse District, known for approachable, fruit-forward wines made in a welcoming, inclusive space with a focus on family, fun, and creating lasting memories, offering a unique, drink-in-the-moment experience with minimal oak influence.
