It's like bitting on a fresh fully ripe spanspek (sweet melon), strawberries with aromas. It has a subtle earthy notes on the nose. A lively, fruit forward wine with a beautiful salmon hue. It's the perfect companion to light meals and good company.

The grapes were hand-picked at their optimum ripeness at the end of February 2025. The wine was fermented in a stainless-steel tank and bottled in May2025

Ntsiki Biyela is celebrated as the "First Lady of South African Wine," recognized as the country's first Black female winemaker. After graduating from Stellenbosch University in 2003, she broke barriers in a male-dominated industry, eventually launching her own boutique brand, Aslina Wines, in 2017. Named after her grandmother, Aslina showcases award-winning, high-quality wines—including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon—that reflect both her personal heritage and the terroir of South Africa.
