NV BIDO Sparkling Brut Rosé, Loire Valley, France

The Brut Rosé offers a vibrant, ripe red palate, but not sweet, lush round and crisp. Perfectly balanced to delight and refresh. With 80% Tempranillo and 20% Bobal grapes, this rosé sparkles with bright, expressive flavors and bubble mousse.

This is a dry (brut) sparkling, although crisp and refreshing, fruit flavors are present in all sparkling wines, but this is a beautiful balance of the ripe red fruit and bready characteristics found in traditional Champagne Method styled sparkling.
