2022 Orange Boots Tannat, Collina de Bella Vineyards, Yolo County, California

The Dark Prince of wine...Tannat. it is here. A decidedly robust wine, with pronounced aromas of spice, cocoa and smoky plum, significant texture and a wonderfully spicy finish with a hint of liquorice. The dense purple-red color does not fool, it leads to developed rich berries, firm, velvety tannins and a chewy, succulent palate.
