Tasting Notes: Green-tinged, pale gold hues dance in the glass. Delicate lime blossom, pear drop, subtle spice, and white peach aromas lead to a soft but dry palate with rich apricot, pear, and hints of fresh lemon and almond. Fresh rather than tart, with well-integrated minerality and a lingering suppleness on the finish. Medium-bold but fresh, and very food-friendly.
