2020 Donkey & Goat The Gadabout White Blend

This Chardonnay-based blend with varying proportions of different Rhone-Valley white grapes; presents a hazy blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Chardonnay, and Vermentino, Picpoul and Grenache Blanc and sees 2 days of skin contact. The palate surprises with bright acidity and layers of tangy pear, juicy nectarine, candied fig, and a soft, almondy finish. Practicing organic with minimal sulfur. With its zippy and fresh character, this is an ode to stone fruits and citrus of all kinds. As Mediterranean as California can get!
