This is like a beautiful pale and bright pink dress. A powerful, fragrant nose with dominant floral notes, rose, litchi, sublimated by a lemony touch. The mouth is full and intense with aromas of white peach and citrus. A classic Provence blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon is an all holiday rosé. Exceptionally bright and cheerful for winter holidays and gatherings, versatile for dishes and meals all year long, flavorful and lush but bright and crisp. It is a perfect wine to cozy up with during colder weather and refreshing for those warmer days.

Manual Harvest, Maceration, and Fermentation take place at low temperatures. The wine stays in the tank for eight months before bottling.
