On the label of every Brooks Wine bottle is an Ouroboros — the ancient mythical serpent forming a circle, consuming its own tail. A symbol of cosmic harmony, eternity, and the continuous cycle of life, death, and rebirth. It was chosen deliberately, because the story of Brooks Winery is exactly that: a winery born from grief, rebuilt by love, and carried forward by two women who refused to let it end.
Jimi Brooks founded the winery in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills AVA as a deeply personal expression of his passion for Pinot Noir. When he passed away unexpectedly in 2004, his son Pascal was just eleven years old — and his sister, Janie Brooks Heuck, stepped in to raise Pascal and run the winery simultaneously. What Janie built from that moment of loss is remarkable: a B-Corp certified, certified biodynamic estate that has become one of the Willamette Valley’s most respected and female-led wine producers. Today Janie serves as Managing Director, and Head Winemaker Claire Jarreau — promoted to lead the cellar after a decade of dedicated craftsmanship at the estate — crafts wines that honor Jimi’s vision while pushing it forward. A woman-owned powerhouse built on love, resilience, and some of the finest Pinot Noir in Oregon.
The 2024 Willamette Pinot Noir is the accessible, joyful expression of everything Brooks stands for: bright, fruit-forward, and elegantly structured, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across the Eola-Amity Hills AVA and Willamette Valley. Fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petal aromas lead into a soft, juicy palate of tart red currant, cherry cola, and warm cinnamon spice — balanced by a lively pomegranate acidity and an earthy, saline finish that is unmistakably Oregon. A Premier Club selection and a Summer Collection standout at $33.99.

Food Pairing
The red cherry, wild strawberry, tart currant, cinnamon spice, and earthy saline finish of this Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir make it one of the most food-versatile and crowd-pleasing Oregon reds you can pour. Pairs beautifully with roasted salmon, duck breast, and herb-roasted chicken — the bright acidity and fruit-forward character mirror the richness of these proteins perfectly. The earthy, saline finish makes it a wonderful companion for mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, and charcuterie boards built around cured meats and aged cheeses. Also excellent alongside grilled lamb, beet salads with goat cheese, and pinot-classic pairings like Burgundy-style dishes. A natural for summer BBQs, Premier Club selections, and any dinner where the conversation deserves a wine as layered and interesting as the people around the table. Serve slightly chilled at 58–62°F.
