This hazy blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Chardonnay, and Vermentino, Picpoul and Grenache Blanc sees 2 days of skin contact. The palate surprises with bright acidity and layers of tangy pear, juicy nectarine, candied fig, and a soft, almondy finish. Practicing organic with minimal sulfur.
