An alt-styling of premium Pinot Gris from arguably Central Otago's leading natural wine producer. Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato work organic plots at Mount Pisa, in New Zealand’s Central Otago. They have chosen a natural winemaking by using natural and biodynamic farming methods. Their wines are refreshing and reflect perfectly the complexity of the grapes. 

The couple met as bankers in the late 1990s, and together moved from Tokyo & London to New Zealand in 2006 with the aim of producing their own wines. They both graduated from the Viticulture & Oenology diploma program at Lincoln University in Christchurch – and from there their careers took off.
