Villiera’s Tradition Brut was the estate’s groundbreaking Cap Classique released in 1984, crafted with the help of a Champagne house. It’s a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, aged for 18 months on lees. Expect fine bubbles, biscuity yeast character, lemony zest, and a bright, refreshing acidity with a subtle passion-fruit undertone—combining traditional sparkling elegance with South African vivacity.
