Ars Collecta Grand Rosé Reserve is a rosé cava with a unique and original coupage that combines the Pinot Noir variety with Xarel lo and Trepat, obtaining a fresh and balanced cava.

A delicate salmon pink colour of medium intensity. Fine bubles. On the nose, intense aromas of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry intertwine with a light touch of citrus that brings out the aforementioned notes and adds freshness. On the palate, the typical red fruit notes of Pinot Noir stand out. It is fresh, balanced and the bubbles add to the creamy sensation, underlined by its ageing in contact with the lees.

Codorníu Ars Collecta represents the legacy of almost five centuries of winemaking expertise. Their experience, together with an exhaustive understanding of the vineyards, have allowed Codorníu to create this unique blend of grape varieties that come from two different climatic areas and vineyards where the varieties can show their best potential. Pinot Noir from Segrià (Continental) is the main variety, giving freshness and ageing potential. Trepat from Conca de Barberà (Continental) and Xarel·lo from Penedès (Mediterranean) complete the blend.
