Cantinae Clara C' is owned by Clara Carpene' and focuses mainly on the production of premier sparkling wines from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region of the Veneto in Italy.  It is the ideal place to plant Glera and the Prosecco wines that are produced in this region have a natural richness and the signature aromas of acacia flowers and rose petals. 

From the heart of the prime Prosecco-producing region of the Veneto, this elegant sparkler has beautiful aromas of golden apples tinged with floral notes of acacia flower and almond leaf. Dry, crisp, and fresh. An ideal opener for a meal but also perfect with spicy foods and shellfish.

The name Fiori di Prosecco (or Prosecco Flowers) is a trademarked brand name that only CANTINÆ CLARA C can use. It means that only the best grapes of Glera - from the heart of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore area and Treviso province - can be called "Fiori di Prosecco".
