Candied black-cherry, cola and root-beer spice aromas make for a ripe nose on this appellation blend. The palate pops with a lively acidity at first, before the stewed cherry and Dr Pepper spice take hold. Loamy earth aromas meet with stewed red and black plum and dried herb on the nose of this bottling. The palate lands with thick and viscous weight, offering muddled black-plum and wood-spice flavors, with a hint of lavender.
