 The bottle sampled exhibited notes of mint, blood orange, strawberries and cream, and ripe red raspberries on the nose, bolstered by more of the same in the mouth. Mousse-like foam fills the mouth, with a firm acid spine that lengthens the finish and adds great tension. Pinot Noir

The Finger Lakes of Upstate New York has established itself as an ideal site in North America to produce exceptional cool-climate wines such as Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Over the years, it has also become a place where experimentation is prolific. Nancy Irelan and Mike Schnelle are all about experimenting. Together they bring years of industry and other expertise to this modern and focused project. Presently they are the only LEED-Gold Certified Green winery in New York.
