YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ORDER AND BUY WINE. ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE, IN-PERSON WHETHER SHIPPED, DELIVERED OR THROUGH LOCAL PICKUP WILL REQUIRE VALID PHOTO ID AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO VERIFY AGE OF LEGAL PURCHASE. ORDERS WILL NOT BE LEFT.
We ship to most states with a Direct Shipper's License. Direct Shipper's are regulated by individual states and counties. Private wineries, breweries and distilleries operate under separate legislation than a direct to consumer retailer. Quantities and amounts are also regulated by your state per shipping address. Final local and state taxes will be calculated on email order confirmation once the shipping address is reconciled in our system.
Taxes are applied to the shipping and product subtotal based on your location and in accordance with your individual state tax law. Taxes are calculated and estimated at time of checkout based on location of pickup or delivery and finalize with payment of purchase. Taxes are applied to all alcohol sales, and depending on your state laws, may also apply to shipping, delivery and non-wine merchandise or food items.
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. Currently Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Mississippi, and Utah have specific bans and we are unable to ship direct to consumer to these states. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses. An Adult over 21 with valid identification available to show at the time of delivery, must be available to accept the wine package.
