Chateau du Fleys is a Chablis producer in Burgundy, France, producing both 1er Cru (Premier Cru) Chablis an AOC Chablis. In fact, they produce at least 5 different Chablis', which are only permitted to be made from the famous white Burgundian grape, chardonnay. This particular AOC Chablis we offer you, which boarders their 1er Cru vineyards, is of the highest quality, just a tier below their 1er Cru. Yet, suitable for everyday drinking, both to wallet and the palate.

This is a family run estate with rich heritage going back as far as the late mid-late 1800's. The family's great-grandchildren now run the estate.
