Tasting Notes: Striking deep ruby-red with intense violet undertones and a vibrant, fine effervescence. On the nose, gentle bubbles lift an elegant bouquet of fresh wild berries, particularly blackberries and raspberries, with subtle rustic and herbal nuances. On the palate, the crisp sparkling sensation enhances the variety’s trademark high acidity and structured, slightly astringent tannic profile. Remarkably fresh, crisp, and clean mouthfeel with a medium body and a lingering impression of tart dark fruit and a pleasantly dry, authentic Portuguese character.

The entire 105-hectare vineyard is managed under an Integrated Production System, prioritizing conservation and eco-stewardship.
