Following a gentle pressing, the dark skins are removed after minimal contact, thus the wine is made with the remaining white juice. Temperature controlled fermentation in steal tanks ensures maximum varietal aromas and flavors, allowing for a truly unusual and pleasant experience of wine from Cabernet Sauvignon.

Blanc de Cabernet has a unique personality and displays fresh aromas of passion fruits, ripe peach and grapefruit. Lively and refreshing on the palate.
