Crisp and edgy aromas of grapefruit rind add to the softer pink-rose-petal notes on the nose of this bottling. The palate is driven by zesty acidity and a rocky minerality, with subtle, refreshing flavors of melon and pink citrus. A chalky frame surrounds the strawberry and melon flavors of the pleasantly accessible yet serious sip.
