Who Is Ashley Trout?

Ashley Trout is one of the most compelling voices in American wine today. Based in Walla Walla, Washington, she founded Brook & Bull Cellars to craft wines that are precise, expressive, and deeply rooted in place. Her work draws from the Columbia Valley and Walla Walla AVAs — two of the Pacific Northwest's most exciting wine regions — producing Bordeaux-inspired blends and single varietals that have earned her a devoted following among collectors and casual wine lovers alike.
