The aromas grab you right from the glass with rich mocha powder and toast. Medium ruby in color with rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, cranberry, oak, and dried herbs. A mouth-filling explosion of black cherry and plums, black olive, robust tannin, and medium plus acid. Medium body and lovely long berry, woodsy finish. Fine integrated tannins and a lush mouthfeel. It needs time, while a polished and layered wine, recommend decant for 1-2 hours to enjoy fully now or drink 2023 through 2029.

35% Merlot 5% Syrah 65% Cabernet Sauvignon

Production Method: Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. Hand harvested, small lot fermentations in one ton fermentors, and punched down by hand.
