Wolffer Estate Vineyard is a family-owned winery in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York. Joey Wolffer — a New York native, entrepreneur, and Chief Brand Officer and Co-Owner — took over the winery with her brother Marc in early 2013, carrying on the innovative legacy of their father. That same year, they introduced Summer in a Bottle Rosé, which has since become the number one fastest-growing rosé in New York City and a perennial summer sellout. In Joey’s own words: “As a child growing up on the farm, I had my fair share of sips of wine — some offered, some stolen. But rather than learning the technical side of making wine or running a business, watching my father work and growing up playing in the vines, I learned that it is family that makes the business special.” Each variety in the blend is harvested at its peak, contributing to the wine’s complexity, and through meticulous blending the team achieves a balanced rosé bursting with fruit flavors and complemented by fresh acidity.
