Tasting Notes: Pale gold with fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of Bosc pear, chamomile, lemon oil, and crushed almond. On the palate, tart nectarine, yellow flowers, and citrus zest with a creamy, lively texture. The finish is long and mineral with a whisper of fresh almond. Dry to off-dry, light, crisp, and beautifully structured.
