Occasion

Pour it for a Sunday roast, a fall dinner party, or a relaxed winter gathering. It also makes a thoughtful host gift for someone who enjoys Merlot and wants to discover a New York red with a familiar, approachable character.

Wine Producer / Historical Notes

Haywater Cove is a collection by Alie Shaper, named for a quiet sanctuary on Peconic Bay where three creeks meet at the mouth of a harbor. These non-vintage wines pay tribute to the Cove and are designed for everyday enjoyment.

Alie’s Brooklyn Oenology project celebrates New York wine and Brooklyn culture, incorporating work by Brooklyn artists into its labels. Her approach connects the wine’s sense of place with the creativity of the surrounding community.
