What Nneka built from that beginning is genuinely remarkable: a Brut and Brut Rosé sparkling wine crafted in the heart of France’s Loire Valley using the esteemed Méthode Traditionnelle — the same painstaking, bottle-fermented method used to produce traditional Champagne. The BIDO Brut Rosé is made from 80% Tempranillo and 20% Bobal, two Spanish grapes sourced from Europe’s finest vineyards and transformed, in the Loire Valley, into something vibrant, ripe, and beautifully balanced: a dry sparkling rosé with lush, round, crisp red fruit character, a bright expressive palate, fine mousse, and the bready, toasted complexity that comes from traditional method production.
