Start with a toast, then keep the bottle at the table. Willm Brut Blanc de Noirs pairs delicate bubbles and fresh apple character with floral notes and a structured palate. Made from Pinot Noir vinified as a white sparkling wine, this dry Crémant d’Alsace is an inviting choice for celebrations, roast dinners, and discovering French bubbly beyond Champagne.

Wine Details & Tasting Notes

Golden in the glass, this sparkling wine opens with aromas of apples and fresh grapes, followed by delicate red-fruit and floral notes. Fine bubbles and mid-palate structure lead to a long, fresh finish.

“Blanc de noirs” means “white from black,” referring here to red Pinot Noir grapes made into a white wine. Gentle pressing and rapid separation of the juice from the skins help preserve its white-wine character.

Made using the traditional method, the wine ages in the bottle before riddling and disgorgement.

Food Pairing

Try it with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, or soft cheeses. These suggested pairings complement its freshness and structured palate, making it a sparkling wine you can enjoy beyond the opening toast.

For an easy appetizer spread, serve it with charcuterie and a creamy cheese.

Occasion

Pour it for a birthday dinner, a holiday gathering, or a relaxed evening when you want something festive without the formality. It also makes a thoughtful host gift for someone who enjoys dry sparkling wine and wants to explore Crémant.

Serve well chilled in a tulip-shaped sparkling-wine glass or a white-wine glass.

Wine Producer / Historical Notes

The Willm family founded the estate in Barr, Alsace, in 1896, at the foot of the Kirchberg de Barr Grand Cru vineyard.

Founder Emile Willm helped introduce the estate’s wines to the United States in the early 1930s after Prohibition ended. The estate’s story combines its Alsatian roots with a longstanding interest in sharing the region’s wines beyond France.
