At the heart of the collection are three distinctive expressions of South Africa’s signature white varietal, Chenin Blanc, each crafted by a different producer with their own unique style and perspective. Together, Kaapzicht, Villiera, and Bayede showcase the remarkable versatility of Chenin Blanc, from crisp citrus-driven freshness and mineral character to textured fruit, richer aromatics, and food-friendly depth. While connected by varietal, each wine tells a very different story of producer, vineyard approach, and winemaking philosophy.

Kaapzicht’s Sonsteen 2024 captures a vibrant, refreshing energy perfect for warm-weather sipping, while Villiera’s 2025 Chenin Blanc offers a balanced and approachable style made for everything from casual gatherings to seafood pairings. Bayede’s 2025 Chenin Blanc rounds out the trio with a fuller, expressive profile that highlights the richness and adaptability that has made Chenin Blanc one of South Africa’s defining grapes.

Providing contrast and grounding the collection for summer evenings is the 2022 Villiera Down to Earth Touriga Nacional Shiraz, a bold yet approachable red blend bringing together dark fruit, subtle spice, and savory depth without feeling too heavy for the season. Its smooth structure and vibrant character make it an easy companion for grilled dishes, smoky barbecue, charcuterie boards, and relaxed nights outdoors, extending the collection naturally from bright daytime sipping into warm summer evenings. • Your subscription box includes (4) bottles by default. Want more? Simply add additional bottles of any featured wine before your quarterly shipment processes. Orders of 6+ bottles qualify for free shipping.

• Featured Importer's Corner wines remain available at member pricing throughout the quarter while supplies last. Before processing your initial quarterly subscription box, additional bottles may be added to your shipment. After processing, they may still be purchased at member price, but separately through a regular online checkout.
