2022 De Cote "Inédito" Blanco, Querétaro, Mexico

"Inédito" Blanco is a vibrant and inviting Mexican white wine that presents a delightful surprise for the palate. Poured with a vivid greenish-yellow hue, it releases an expressive aroma of ripe tropical and citrus fruits, with prominent notes of guava, lychee, lime, and pineapple. This lively fruit is beautifully balanced by elegant hints of white flowers, such as orange blossom and white roses. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, echoing the orchard and citrus flavors from the nose, with a crisp acidity that provides a balanced and easy-drinking experience. Subtle layers of peach, apple, and a touch of fresh grass can also be found, along with a clean, mineral-driven finish.

A white blend made from 40% Verdejo, 20% Albariño, 20% Gewürztraminer, and 20% Viognier.
