 Bright dry hay hues. Aromas of honeysuckle, granny smith/macintosh, freshly grated ginger and smashed lemongrass, soft salt water taffy. Flavors of key lime and Kumquat, crushed oyster shells & saline. Savory notes of nori, mild mushroom such as lion’s mane and trumpet. Crisp and refreshing in the mouth. Persistent and tiny bubbles that are lively and mouth-filling.  An unapologetic acid spine that extends the finish.

Nancy Irelan & Michael Schnelle are the owners-operators of Red Tail Ridge. They are partners in life and in business. Nancy brings a wealth of wine-making knowledge. Michael brings a bevy of financial and practical knowledge needed to bring the Red Tail Ridge vision to life. Together they have a passion for precision and are the force behind Red Tail Ridge.
