Aresti Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied red wine from Chile's Curico Valley. It has a soft palate, subtle aromas violet, woodland berry and wild herb mingled with a whiff of star anise, offering bright, black fruit palate of black cherry, plum, and strawberry, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and a smooth, easy-drinking finish.  Good concentration and a long-lasting finish with a hint of fresh acidity at the close.

Ideal for roasted chicken, ham, or light pasta dishes.

Viña Aresti, a company of the ACW Group, one of Chile’s most prestigious family winegrowing businesses, currently produces and markets several brands around the world. The foundations of Viña ARESTI are the passion for excellence of its founder, Vicente Aresti Astica. After he passed, at 92, his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti López took over their father’s endeavor and furthered the commitment they had learnt from him.

Chilean wine is renowned for offering exceptional quality-to-price ratios, driven by a unique, isolated geography between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean that creates ideal, consistent, and often organic, growing conditions.

Curicó Valley is considered one of Chile's most important wine regions and Chilean Pinot Noir is particularly special here because it bridges Old World, earthy notes with New World vibrant, fruity, and fresh flavors, largely grown in cool coastal regions. The best Pinot Noir comes from coastal regions experiencing the Mediterranean climate of hot days and cool nights, combined with the special volcanic rock and soils and feature fog-filtered sunlight, promote a special environment that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop structured but delicate flavors.
