The name is a hat tip to Alonzo Harris: "to protect the sheep, you gotta catch the wolf, and it takes a wolf to catch a wolf." Training Day, Movie

Crisp and refreshing, the In Sheep’s Clothing Pinot Grigio showcases aromas of green apple, pear, and lemon zest, with subtle hints of white flowers and wet stone. On the palate, it is bright and lively, featuring flavors of ripe peach, Meyer lemon, and a touch of honeysuckle, balanced by a clean minerality and a mouthwatering acidity.

Harvest was marked by a temperate growing season with cooler-than-average temperatures, allowing grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. This resulted in wines with vibrant acidity, expressive fruit flavors, and a refined balance of structure and elegance.

100& Pinot Grigio, stainless steel fermented.
