The Eastwood Rosé is traditionally a crisp, light-bodied dry wine crafted primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is celebrated for its highly refreshing and fruit-forward flavor profile, delivering vivid tasting notes of melon, fresh summer strawberry, and light lemon zest. This makes it an incredibly versatile bottle that pairs beautifully with backyard barbecues, fresh garden salads, or light seafood.

. Behind this wine is founder Athena Eastwood, a highly accomplished commodities and environmental lawyer and former partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Her distinguished legal career specialized in navigating global commodity derivatives and designing sustainable strategies to help agricultural organizations adapt to climate change. Guided by her research and teachings as an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, Athena sought to put her environmental economic theories into practice. In 2016, she purchased a historic 1800s property in Charlottesville—originally belonging to Thomas Jefferson's builder, John Dunkum—and alongside her daughters, Megan and Hannah, built Eastwood Farm and Winery from the ground up.
