IBest Wines was founded by Ingrid Best, a Black and Latina woman who serves as founder, CEO and wine négociant, and the company identifies its equity-holding team as entirely Black women. Named founding members include Chanel Floyd, Rachel McKinnie, Ashley Elysée, Anna Miya and Grace Mahary alongside Ingrid Best.
