This spectacular sparkling brut rose from Clara C is a hat off to the Prosecco style. Millesimato is a labeling term designating a particularly high level of quality vintage and production, made by way of the "traditional method" of champagne, 2nd fermentation in the bottle, and a 2020 vintage of distinction.

Clara C showcases a pale, yet bright pink color, with a lively perlage and persistent foam. It has aromas of good intensity with floral hints of white and red flowers accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear, and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and on the palate, it is pleasant and harmonious.

In Prosecco Rose, Glera is the required primary grape, and the rose base comes from the Pinot Noir varietal blended at a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 15%. Adding the exceptionally rare character it exhibits.
