On the palate, this Italian sparkler is vibrant and crisp, featuring notes of tart nectarine, yellow flowers, and citrus zest with a creamy texture balanced by bright, juicy acidity. It boasts a complex, savory-subtly sweet character with a lingering mineral, and slightly fresh almond finish. 100% Lambrusco Salamino

The Lini 910 Labrusca Bianco Lambrusco is primarily made from 100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes. Although it is a white wine (bianco), it is produced as a blanc de noirs (white wine from red grapes) by pressing the red grapes immediately to avoid skin contact, resulting in a pale gold color.

In comparison to traditional Italian Lambrusco's, Lini 910 Labrusca Lambrusco's stand out for its commitment to dry, high-quality expressions of the varietal, moving away from the overly sweet versions that once dominated the market. This approach has helped redefine Lambrusco's image, showcasing its potential as a serious and food-friendly wine.
