Pale lemon in the glass, this Albariño reads bright, coastal, and precise: lemon zest, grapefruit, honeydew, nectarine, and sea-salt notes ride over stony minerality, with brisk acidity and a lightly tingling, saline finish. It feels fresh and elegant rather than heavy, with the Atlantic influence showing clearly in both the aroma and the snap of the palate.
Anónimas Viticultoras was founded by María Falcón and Cristina Yagüe, two Galician women focused on low-intervention wines from native grapes and on highlighting women who have historically been overlooked in wine. Their Os Dunares Albariño comes from roughly 30-year-old vines less than a mile from the ocean in Rías Baixas, with lees aging in stainless steel reinforcing both texture and freshness.
