This would be my lusty wine indulgence for any table. Ripe peaches, hint of floral, honeysuckle, tangerine, citrus notes, and orange blossom water follow. Layers of stone-fruit mingle with grapefruit and tropical fruit, papaya, and melon at the forefront. Mid-palate shows texture with a slight prickle due to dissolved CO2, it is lively and playful. Delicate and refreshing profile, and despite the rich aromatics the acidity remains persistent and provides a racy finish with cardamon, cinnamon and ginger spices. Nice acidity and lengthy finish gives a strong structure, ending with soft lemon notes.
